Ragan Enterprises, Inc. is experienced in all phases of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, process piping, and medical gases. REI has on staff registered professional engineers and employees certified in design, welding, medical gas installation, refrigerant handling and other specialties.  As a member of Local #72, all of the plumbers and pipefitters employed by REI have been schooled through the union's five year apprenticeship program and are well qualified for any type of mechanical work.

Project Monitoring	Projects are scheduled and monitored by project managers and superintendents, and by senior management.
Project Planning	Planning is a critical process at REI and is coordinated carefully on each project.
Project Scheduling	Scheduling at REI on projects is critical and we use Microsoft Projects software for CPM and Gant charts.
Safety Awareness Program	REI has a weekly safety meeting on each project and continuing education is made available to all employees.
Cost Control	A cost control system is in place at REI which helps assure all projects stay within cost control measures.
